In my role as founder and CEO of Top Down Strategies, I work with leaders who are serious about getting results. I help organizations tighten operations, optimize systems, leverage technology, and build internal strategies that turn chaos into cash flow.

Before launching Top Down Strategies, I spent three decades in management and IT consulting, working directly Fortune 1000 companies across industries to transform business processes, strengthen operations, and drive serious growth.

Alongside scaling consulting firms and advising companies, I’m also a lifelong drummer, bringing the same precision, rhythm, and discipline to business strategy that I bring to the stage

Who is the Black Card membership for?

Black Card is designed for early-stage founders and entrepreneurs who are already generating revenue and looking to scale to $1M, or to scale to your NEXT $Million. Whether you’re solo or leading a small team, this membership supports you in stepping into the CEO role and building a sustainable, scalable business.

What’s the difference between the GOLD and DIAMOND levels?

The GOLD option is focused on educating and growing yourself. You’ll get access to monthly live masterclasses, and tools to lead and grow your business.

The DIAMOND option is focused on expanding your network of mentors and guides. DIAMOND gives you access to your network of industry advisors across finance, marketing, and more.

How much of a time commitment is this?

Black Card is designed to fit into your schedule. You can attend live calls that work with your schedule, or book time with an industry advisor that works for you.

Typically GOLD members between 1-5 hours per month engaging with the membership and resources.

What if I want both GOLD and DIAMOND?

Sure thing! When you submit your application, please select the PLATINUM option. This will give you access to the resources inside both GOLD and DIAMOND.

What if I can’t attend the live GOLD calls?

Live calls are recorded and uploaded for members to access. You won’t miss a thing—and you can revisit content whenever you need it most.

Will I get personalized support in this program?

Yes. In BOTH accelerator tracks, you can engage attend in-person Wake Up Winning events with Michelle Snow and Michael Martin.

In the GOLD track, you will get personalized support in group mastermind and paperwork hours.

In the DIAMOND track, you will receive direct access to industry advisors for personalized 1:1 support.

How much does this program cost?

The GOLD program is a 6 month minimum commitment, at $999 per month.

The DIAMOND network gives you access to industry advisors at exclusive discounted rates that aren't available anywhere else (rates vary per advisor) - plus, get access to up to $500K in funding. Joining the DIAMOND network is one-time initiation fee of $499.
